Mick Taylor very kindly came to play for Mundell Music when we arranged the GIG at the very intimate Venue that is the Inn at Lathones near St.Andrews in 2009. He brought his full Band and he came to play for two nights arriving the night before the gigs where he had to be rescued by borrowing DM’s Acoustic Guitar as his equipment did not arrive until the next day! It was a truly incredible couple of GIGs the highlight for me was an incredible version of ‘Blind Willie McTell’. Here are a few photos taken at the time of the GIG.
A rock’n’roll musician with over forty years experience in the business. He played lead guitar in John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers and joined the Rolling Stones for six years, (he performed with them during the legendary Hyde Park gig). He now records his own solo work, and tours with his new band.
